As a keen runner having completed 3 marathons, many half marathons and lots of fun runs over the years, I made a decision 18 months ago to have a change of life style.
I completed my certificate 3 and 4 in personal training and set up my business, Run by Women.
Exercise has always played a big part in my life and I fully understands the physical and mental benefits that come as a result of incorporating regular exercise into your week.
My key area of interest is training people outside in the fresh air. Whether that be functional movement with free weights for women over 40, boot camps for teenage girls or a city run group after work the purpose is to get people connecting, exercising and feeling strong.
Run By Women is all about empowering women to exercise together, form friendships, connect and feel great about themselves.
