Kerry first found Yoga in her efforts to offer her massage clients a more comprehensive approach to long term spinal care and core stability issues. Having had two daughters born within a year of each other, Kerry found Yoga to be instrumental in her own physical recovery, and as a result has developed a strong interest in Yoga for Pregnancy, (both pre and post natal.) In raising her daughters, Kerry was amazed at the benefits they experienced from the yoga she shared with them. She undertook the internationally recognized Radiant Child Yoga Program training (RCYP) in order to be able to share yoga with children of all ages. Husband and wife team, Paul and Lauren Vercoe have a combined 10 years of experience in yoga and are passionate about sharing yoga with everyone they come into contact with. Coming from very different paths before finding yoga, Lauren was originally from a dancing background and Paul had 26 years of soccer under his belt (explains those tight hamstrings!)...and it was because of some serious adductor injuries that he discovered the amazing healing properties of yoga. Lizzy is a health and fitness fanatic! She has been working in the industry for 5 years and holds a degree in Exercise Science. Lizzy’s interests include running and biomechanics, strength training, swimming, yoga and nutrition. She is currently training for half ironman triathlon. Susan Mitchell has been a follower and advocate of yoga for over 30 years. Her love started at an early age, trying many different styles of yoga over the years. There was always interest and passion for alternative health and well being. Health and personal development has always been important. Susan is a trained naturopath and devoted meditator and the path into yoga teaching developed from the natural fit of physical health, mental wellbeing and the mind, body and spirit connection.
