Lizzy is a health and fitness fanatic! She has been working in the industry for 5 years and holds a degree in Exercise Science. Lizzy’s interests include running and biomechanics, strength training, swimming, yoga and nutrition. She is currently training for half ironman triathlon. Lizzy is passionate about living a healthy and holistic lifestyle and sharing her knowledge and experiences with the wider community.
