Owner of Better Bodies Yoga Karen Moss is the founder, owner and director of Better Bodies Yoga, which opened its doors in December 2004. Karen is grounded in a strong athletic foundation and maintains certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) which she earned initially in 1995 and received a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification from YogaWest in traditional Hatha Yoga. She earned a second 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification from YogaWorks after making Better Bodies Yoga an export teacher training site in partnership with YogaWorks. Co-Owner of Pure Barre Memphis and Pure Barre Germantown Kimberly was born and raised in Germantown, TN. She graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in marketing management. Fitness and athletics have always played an important part in her life. Growing up she was a competitive cheerleader and equestrian. After graduation from college Kimberly began a career in sales, but quickly realized something was missing. Owner of Evergreen Yoga Center Leah is the primary teacher at Evergreen Yoga Center and has been teaching yoga in Memphis since 2001. Certified Run Coach and Owner of YogaFest Lisa Warmuth is the Founder/Owner of YogaFest ; Collierville Tennessee’s first independent yoga studio. Her classes are a powerful mix of Vinyasa and alignment based flows. Run Coach and DAC personal Trainer Matt is a fitness coach at DAC Fitness Laurelwood and he loves to run. He has been there 3 years and he specializes in training in groups. He also holds additional certifications in Kettlebells and TRX Suspension Body Weight Training. Matt started running when he graduated college from Union University to stay in shape once college sports were over, and has never looked back. Running is the most basic sport there is.
