A true Miami native, Chad Ingram has always enjoyed a kinship with nature. As a fitness expert, he fuses his love of the outdoors with his passion for health to create workouts that make you stronger and more in tune with the natural primal flow of life. Chad takes a holistic approach to the body, he uses his yoga knowledge and massage background to formulate workouts that not only make you look great in a swimsuit, they make you truly healthier.
Chad is a NASM certified personal trainer and a yoga instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance. Chad has a natural healing touch and has cultivated this gift at The Florida College of Natural Health where he earned a Degree in Therapeutic and Medical Massage. Chad is also certified in Thai Massage by Michael Buck of the Vedic Conservatory in Florida. Professionally, Chad has taught over 15,000 classes at David Barton Gym, Crunch Fitness, The Setai, Gold’s Gym and other luxury fitness facilities on South Beach. Privately, Chad has served to strengthen the lives and bodies of an elite cadre of clients that literally stretch throughout Miami to Manhattan. Described by one of these clients as a “triple threat” – yoga, personal training and massage therapy – Chad’s workouts are known for their creative approach to fitness, incorporating elements of yoga and the OPT Model to craft a new primal exercise experience for your body every time.
