Jennifer is an active yoga/ group fitness instructor/ personal trainer / barefoot training specialist and certified health coach. Whether it's teaching yoga, willPower & grace, TRX, ViPR or indoor cycling, Jennifer believes in transforming the body, mind and spirit through mindful movement. After leaving her job in NYC publishing back in 2002, Jennifer now considers herself lucky to have made her passion her current career because it allows her to help people through their transformation process! Her love of teaching is electric and keeps her students coming back for more. Her accumulation of multiple certifications include ACE, AFAA, Schwinn, EBFA and of course 200HR. RYT for yoga. Currently, Jennifer is working on an additional 300 hours of training for yoga and studying aromatherapy so she can tap into helping people heal as well as transform. Her yearning to learn cultivates her teaching skills and helps her to keep her students safe and motivated at the same time. Students enjoy her classes because they know they will be guided towards their own individual level of success and what she often calls "Zense". Jennifer is also a Teacher Trainer for The willPower Method, a barefoot training method that she feels has changed her life and a monthly contributor to the willPower Life blog. She is an ambassador for Lululemon Athletica in Montclair and is also sponsored by GladSoles Sandals. She juggles all of this along with her husband raising two beautiful girls that she hopes will understand the importance of seizing every day and being grateful for every moment.
