Bhaskar Goswami, le fondateur de Bodhi, combine l’ancienne sagesse du yoga avec des techniques modernes de perfectionnement du mode de vie afin d’offrir une approche unique.
Originaire de l’Assam en Inde, Bhaskar est un consultant en yoga impliqué dans ce domaine depuis le début des années ‘90. Il est professeur certifié de yoga hatha et spécialiste de l’emploi du yoga pour la performance corporative.
Né à même la tradition yogique, Bhaskar Goswami est un descendant direct de Vasishtha, considéré comme l’un des pères fondateurs de cette ancienne pratique. Il a reçu les enseignements de l’École de Méditation Transcendantale d’Assam, de Yogacharya Nandakumar au Koweit et du Centre Sivananda de Yoga Vedanta au Canada, cela de pair avec une maîtrise avec honneurs en génie électronique de l’Université de Nottingham. Sa compréhension de l’environnement corporatif provient d’une expérience internationale de 10 ans en génie, dans les industries des télécommunications, du pétrole, de l’audio, de l’acoustique et de la micro-électronique.
BODHI founder, Bhaskar Goswami combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern lifestyle-improvement techniques to provide this unique perspective. From Assam, India, Bhaskar is a Yoga Consultant who has been deeply involved with the practice since the early 90’s. He is a certified teacher of traditional hatha yoga and a specialist in employing the principles of yoga for corporate performance enhancement.
Born into the yogic tradition, he comes from the lineage of Vasishtha, who is considered to be one of the founding fathers of this ancient practice. He has been trained at the Transcendental Meditation school of Assam in India, by Yogacharya Nandakumar in Kuwait and by Siromani Sriram and the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta in Canada. With a Masters degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham in England, Bhaskar has a 10 year international engineering career in petroleum, telecom, audio, acoustic and microelectronics industries, providing him with a strong understanding of the corporate environment.
