Diane Roseman, B.Ed. in Phys. Ed., has been a teacher in the fitness and wellness industry since 1983, when she received her first certification as an Aerobics Instructor from the YWCA in Montreal. She went on to teach and train other instructors as a Fitness Coordinator for 7 years, first at the Westmount YMCA, then the Snowdon YM-YWHA.
After moving to the West Island in 1995, Diane continued teaching fitness at various gyms and studios, and even taught Jazz Ballet for elementary schools. In 2001, Diane found a new passion in Pilates, after suffering from a knee injury and subsequent surgery. She then became trained to teach Pilates, and since then hasn't looked back, teaching Pilates at community centers, Studio A, Core Basics, and presently at Centre Holistique Om West, McGill University/ MacDonald campus, and corporate classes in Laval.
The most recent passion in Diane's life (besides her family!), is getting certified as a Kripalu Yoga teacher, which she will complete at the end of June! Diane is extremely excited to begin teaching Kripalu Yoga, combined with Pilates, to offer a very special and unique type of class in the West island. She will begin teaching kripalu Yoga this July at PsySante on St. Jean Blvd, near deSalaberry, so keep your eyes and ears open for this special offering.
Diane is honored to be part of the amazing and inspiring Lululemon team, and would like to thank the Lululemon staff for all their support! I look forward to more adventures ahead in the coming year!!!
