Rozel Gonzales is the owner of Energie EnCorps, a fitness company whose mission is to "Make people shine with happiness from the inside out through a passion for fitness". Rozel Gonzales, a certified Group Fitness, Yoga, Zumba, Gymstick and Spinning instructor with over 12 years of experience. Over the years, Rozel has worked at numerous fitness facilities all over the island of Montreal. Finally, in May 2010, she decided to branch out and open up her own Zumba and Yoga program out of the Sino Kung Fu Academy in Pierrefonds, Quebec.
Sharing a love for dance, yoga and fitness is Rozel's way of giving back and sending out good karma into the world. Teaching is Rozel's passion and it is also a way for her to feed her soul. Being amongst her community of students is truly an honor for Rozel that she appreciates every day. The Energie EnCorps program offers a warm and inviting community setting to participants of all different fitness levels and ages.

Known within the fitness community for her wide range of versatility, Rozel draws from a rare combination of experiences in international dance, gymnastics and circus arts as a basis for her creativity. She studied the native dances of Tahiti, Hawaii and the Philippines since the age of three, and has represented Canada at numerous international dance festivals. Today she is an avid student and afficionado of all latin dances, espescially salsa!
Rozel is a strong believer in continuous education and continuously attends dance and yoga workshops to further her practice and offerings to her students.
In 2003 Rozel completed a Masters of Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Business Development at McGill University. Aside from her passion for fitness, she juggles a full-time career in Finance as well as her main priority, her two little boys!
