Dita Dolejsova, Owner of Dita Pilates Studio Inc: Dita worked as a group fitness instructor since 1997, and a personal trainer since 2004. In 2005 she found her heart and passion in the Pilates method of exercise and decided to pursue that as a full - time career. Originally from the Czech Republic, she came to Canada in 2003. While playing in elite leagues throughout his athletic career, he came upon training and found a mode to excel. After completing his Can-Fit Pro Certification Course in 2007, he began looking for ways to increase his flexibility to complement his active lifestyle.
