Annick Robinson

Annick is a popular fitness instructor, trainer, workshop presenter, columnist and leader in the fitness industry, and is renowned for a unique teaching style that appeals to the most hard core of fitness enthusiasts. She often says that her job is not only to choreograph interesting classes, but to coach, motivate, inspire and enthuse each participant and client, to make the most of the life they have been given; while giving them the tools they need to meet their fitness goals.

Her classes and private training sessions aren't just fitness, they are a party to which you are now personally invited, a party that yields astounding results.

Annick studied from a very young age in two of Canada's most renowned ballet schools. As a young adult she then went on to study modern dance, jazz, improv, ballroom and belly dancing, before eventually graduating from theatre school in Performance Arts while completing a double major in University, in Ancient Greek Political Philosophy and Community & Public Affairs.

To subsidize her school fees, she began teaching fitness in one of downtown Montreal's biggest gyms and has been teaching ever since.

In 2003 Annick hosted the popular "Rendez-vous Nautilus Plus" television show, aired nine times per week on RDS. She also was chosen to be the National instructor's association (A.N.I.E) Cardio Kick Boxing teacher trainer, workshop and master class presenter, and has created the most complete "how-to manual" available on teaching Cardio Kick Boxing in a group fitness environment.

She recently developed a new instructor workshop and master class series that she launched this past summer. She travels internationally to present her unique workshops, her next stops after Montreal and Quebec City this December, are Miami, Moscow, and Japan in 2007.

Annick writes a regular column for ANIE Mag, the fitness association's monthly magazine geared towards fitness professionals.

She is the only Budokon Sensei in Canada, and travels all over the globe assisting Cameron Shayne, Budokon Founder and Creator. She is currently working hard (very hard, and has the bruises to prove it!) towards her Tae Kwon Do and Budokon black belts.

Annick is certified by CAIA, AQUIMA, ANIE, ACSM, ECA, PADI, CPR, and is belted in two different martial arts.
