Kacey is a powerlifter in the Canadian Powerlifting Union and has competed on the national stage on a number of occasions. Powerlifting,not to be confused with Olympic lifting, is based on three lifts: the squat, bench press and deadlift. Her goal is to have an "elite total" this coming year.

Kacey is a Can-Fit Pro certified personal trainer and is the owner and head trainer of Epicentre Training, a semi-private training facility in St-Henri. Her philosophy is that balanced strength training benefits everyone and she currently trains individuals ranging in ability from the beginner exerciser to the elite level athelte,as well as from a variety of sports: powerlifters, marathon runners, rugby players and professional & amateur MMA fighters.

Kacey is passionate about her work and sport; she draws on her experience as both trainer and athlete to help each client and member perform better and
reach their full potential.

Kacey also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University.

Kacey est une dynamophile membre du Canadian Powerlifting Union (Union Canadienne de Force Athlétique). Elle a pris part aux compétitions nationales à plusieurs reprises. La dynamophilie, à ne pas confondre avec l’haltérophilie, comprend trois levées : le squat, le bench press et le deadlift. Son but est d’obtenir un "total élite" cette année.

Kacey est une entraîneuse personnelle certifiée Can-Fit Pro. Elle est la propriétaire et l’entraîneuse chef d’Epicentre Training, un centre d’entraînement semi privé dans St-Henri. Sa philosophie est qu’un entraînement en force équilibré est bénéfique à tous. Elle entraîne actuellement des individus de tous les niveaux, des plus débutants aux athlètes élites, et de tous les sports : dynamophiles, coureurs de marathon, joueurs de rugby et athlètes MMA (Mixed Martial Arts).

Kacey est passionnée par son travail et son sport. Elle puise dans son expérience personnelle en tant qu’entraîneuse et athlète pour aider chaque client et membre à mieux performer et à atteindre son plein potentiel.

Kacey possède également un Baccalauréat en Arts Plastiques de l’Université Concordia.
