Tom est un professeur de Yoga, instructeur de CrossFit, et courreur compétitif. Tom à commencé la pratique de yoga en 2008 pour ses bénéfices physiques mais a vite compris les biens-faits secondaires, et en 2009 il a approfondi ses études de yoga. Depuis, il a complété son certification Yoga Flo (200 heures) au Centre Luna.
Tom is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Level 1 CrossFit Coach, and competitive runner. Tom started practicing yoga in 2008 for its physical benefits and in 2009 he began deepening his practice as a means of finding balance, realizing the benefits are beyond physical. Since then he has completed his 200-hour Yoga Flo Certification at Centre Luna and currently teaches there as well as the Mansfield Athletic Club.
