JamieLee's journey with yoga began 5 years ago and she still remembers her first class; she instantly developed a passion for this practice through its grace yet powerful dimensions. She believes through the physical practice that you can experience its ability to change your life in all aspects. She leads her students into a challenging yet graceful state of integrating mind, body & breath. She encourages all ages and abilities to find their own balance and full expression through their movement in a non competitive solution to fitness.
