Join us every Sunday for Run Club at 8am (6 miles/1 hour) or swing on by for complimentary in-store yoga at 9:30am. *Yoga mats are available.

Wednesday Run Club is a weekly run group for all levels that meets at the store at 6pm. Runners can opt for a 4 or 6 mile route that meets back at the store.
