After many years of practicing yoga and studying it's philosophy, Alexandra was inspired to travel to India. It was a magical journey that helped catapult her transition into teaching. Forever a student and with the blessings of those before her, Alexandra’s classes are spiritual, deliberate, and full of high energy with special attention to alignment. She endeavors to instill in her students a sense of devotion to themselves, others, and the greater source within. Alexandra's classes incorporates the principles of Bhakti Yoga, an Ashtanga based flow and Meditation. Amanda Kamm


A born and bred athlete, Amanda has always found the art in sports. She vows that catching the beat in class rivals her greatest victories on volleyball courts and soccer fields. Amanda strives to create a unique experience and community that allows riders to translate the way they ride the bike into the way they walk through life. Kiley Holliday

Pure Yoga

Raised in Los Angeles, Kiley Holliday spent her early years training as a competitive figure skater before moving to New York City for college. After several years characterized by extreme bouts of sitting in the library, she turned to yoga to regain the strength and flexibility she’d had as a young athlete. In 2007, she left graduate school to become a yoga teacher and hasn’t looked back. Kiley has received her 200 and 300-hour certifications, and has studied closely under Dana Flynn and Ana Forrest, as well as numerous other talented teachers in both LA and NYC. She teaches hot power yoga, acrobatic vinyasa flow, and yoga for athletes both privately and at her home studio, Pure Yoga NYC. Read the profile >>

Michael Meliniotis

Michael Meliniotis is a Regional Class Runner and All World Triathlete who has competed in almost 100 lifetime races, including 10 Marathons and 2 Ironmans. He is the Head Coach of the Team Lipstick Marathon and Ironman programs as well as lululemon ambassador at East 66th Street in Manhattan. Michael is a lifelong athlete with a strong passion for running. He grew up participating in multiple sports, at both the individual and team level. From swimming and tennis to football and basketball, he has developed key values through sport. Michael lives his life by a personal motto - ‘maximize my potential’. Sarah Platt-Finger

Ishta Yoga

Sarah co-founded ISHTA Yoga with her husband, Alan Finger and their partner, Bruce Wilcox in May 2008. As the Teacher Training Director, Sarah helped to develop one of the most renowned Teacher Training programs in New York City. She was also instrumental in the creation of ISHTA Europe, which currently holds trainings in London and Stockholm. Her partnership with Alan has informed her teachings on multiple levels and graced her with the opportunity to teach all over the world including Tokyo, Munich, Stockholm, and India. In January 2012, just 3 months after her daughter was born, Sarah became the Managing Director of ISHTA Yoga’s two locations.
