Born in Orange County, NY, Danielle caught the exercise bug at a very young age after her mother opened a group fitness gym in their hometown. She studied figure skating and ballet as well as modern and jazz dance throughout her earlier years. But it was her discovery of indoor cycling at age 14 that really hooked her in. Danielle moved to New York City to study theatre at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts via the Stella Adler Studio of Acting for college, and has been teaching indoor cycling since. Molly Lehman teaches yoga privately and to groups all over the Upper East Side. Her many years of experience teaching kinetic therapy heavily influences her ability to tailor to the individual. She is certified at the 600hr level through Sri Dharma Mittra, which heavily inspires her Vinyasa teaching style. Molly continues to reflect back on the wisdom gathered from her years of Iyengar yoga and dancing, infusing her classes with precise alignment and creative sequencing.
