Spend an evening with Pilates and bone health expert Rebekah Rotstein to learn how to prevent injury and increase the longevity of your body. Rebekah Rotstein is an internationally recognized Pilates instructor and movement educator. She is the founder of Incorporating Movement through which she offers seminars and teaches courses throughout the United States and overseas. An expert in bone health, Rebekah designed the Pilates for Buff Bones™ workout and authored Safe Exercise Strategies and Bone Strengthening Techniques for Clients with Osteoporosis for Hatherleigh Medical Education. She is a contributing expert for the Web site of Dr. Andrew Weil (www.drweil.com) and is frequently interviewed in various media including CNN and Martha Stewart Living Radio. Rebekah is a partner of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in its Office of Women's Health to promote its Best Bones Forever campaign, aimed at teaching bone health to young girls. She's also on the continuing education faculty of Kinected Pilates & Conditioning. 8:15-9:15pm
