In honor of the sexiest month of the year, this two-part series focuses on "Sparkling Up."As the second evening of the series, this Thursday's class will focus on heart opening. We'll use the breath, suns and backbending of Forrest Yoga to unshield the heart and connect to our Spirit. It is through this process of opening to ourselves that we meet new people, make deeper connections and feel happy in the day to day.
