It is our pleasure to have Brooklyn's own Mala Yoga hosting this month's Slope Saturdays! Mala's name refers to the prayer beads worn around the wrists, meaning rosary or garland in Sanskrit. The studio's practice serves as a mala, one that threads together the different aspects of our lives, both on the yoga mat and off. Warm up this Saturday morning with an uplifting, sweaty flow taught by Mala's own Marcus Bernadino. Marcus recently received his 200-hour Vinyasa-flow certification from Laughing Lotus. Treat yourself and join us at the showroom for this open-level, complimentary class - enjoy!
