Are you physically prepared for intimacy? This Pilates Class will heighten your awareness & sensitivity by preparing your muscles of the pelvis. The focus will be on articulation & flexibility of your body and the pelvic floor. By connecting to the breath & toning the low abdominals you will discover your intimate rhythm, and can better control your movements. From this class you will have a sexy confidence from the inside out & will feel passionate for yourself! Take advantage of each individual class (taught by our Brooklyn Ambassador Fran Darnell!)
