Juan strives to teach good yoga - a juicy blend of Ashtanga (for the body), Vinyasa (for the mind)
and Bhakti (for the heart). Classes are precise and playful, but vigorous and strong.
After a recent trip to India, his practice was re-awakened by song, movement, and the dynamic pulse of Life.
He draws from his 12 years of asana practice to find a deeper alignment in all things yoga: body and breath,
meditation and movement, strength in stillness.
