Join lululemon and OM yoga’s senior teacher Sarah Trelease from 8-9pm for a yoga practice with a focus on standing postures, hip openings, pranayama, mind relaxation techniques, deep stretching and restorative poses.
This workshop--the second in our "Lemons on the Run" series--will help establish focus and coordination, retraining the body to work harmoniously in both running & yoga practice, opening muscles that tighten and restrict free movement, cultivating strong and spacious breath patterns that will support not only the muscles but the mind and the nervous system helping the everyday runner to relax.
