Natasha is from the beautiful island of Jersey in the Channel Islands and has lived in Australia with husband Ross for 6 years. (Their eyes met across a crowded gym in Jersey!) She is madly passionate about all things that lead to great health, wellness and is all about living life with big smiles and lots of energy!
Her business ‘bounce!’ is based in the Fitness First Platinum club at Mermaid waters where she helps clients and small groups to achieve a variety of goals. These include weight loss, increasing vitality, improving diets and digestion, increasing strength, managing stress, caring for pre and post natal clients and helping people to regain their health after illness or injury. She also coaches people to improve their swimming technique and others to take part in their first triathlons. Natasha is a CHEK practitioner and works to correct postural issues and wherever possible uses equipment that allows functional and natural body movement for safe, balanced and long term results.
Natasha speciality is her bounce! 12 week program that incorporates everything necessary to achieve long term, lasting change. She believes that trying to overhaul your life and diet overnight is not the answer and instead creates a plan with you to make small, gradual but lasting changes that over time become entrenched habits to replace the less healthy ones. This includes important work on goals and mindset, a nutrition system and then an ongoing commitment to a daily food diary and exercise plan. Natasha also gives interactive workshops on a range of health and wellness topics, is co-author of the book ‘The Complete Health Series’, is a sports masseuse, a group fitness instructor and a swimming and triathlon coach. Phew!
For her own health and wellness she follows a healthy, tasty organic diet and exercises 6 days a week. She loves strength training, Triathlon training, Bodyattack and Rpm but also loves quiet time with yoga and long walks on the beach. Her other loves are all things aqua. Swimming, sailing, stand up paddling, scuba diving, you name it. Be it on, in or under the water she is right at home J. She also loves to settle in with a good book and is extremely passionate about her food!
