Betina Wills

This Land Yoga

Yoga has been a passion of Betina's for over a decade. Teaching this life-changing practice to others flows naturally from her background in education as well as her desire to lead others in living a healthy and active lifestyle. After running track in high school and rowing on the crew team in college, Betina was originally drawn to yoga because of the physical challenges and balance that were required in an asana practice. She now has a deep love for the peace, humility, emotional stability and spirituality that yoga brings. Betina received her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher designation with Andrew Eppler in Ashtanga Yoga and has been teaching ever since. Betina is the owner of This Land Yoga and teaches regularly in the community. Betina's classes are known for being playful,... Read the profile >>

Laura Haggard

Laura first discovered yoga while living in Santa Fe in her early 20’s. A teacher since 2007, Laura's style is inspired by Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, and, most of all, her students. Perhaps her greatest teacher being her Dad, a yogi in all ways although he never stepped onto a yoga mat! Through yoga, Laura has learned how to breathe, how to bend, and how to simply be with all her beautiful imperfections. In March 2012, Laura traveled to Gulu, Uganda to teach yoga. In the heart of African darkness, Laura discovered a whole new meaning to Yoga, a practice of celebrating the light and dark within. Her personal practice continues to grow as she and her husband are expecting their first child in February. Known for her kind spirit and the Yoga Room, the studio she opened in 2007, Laura teaches... Read the profile >>

She was lead to yoga in 2000 to rebuild her body following a serious dance injury and has been practicing consistently ever since. Lindsey Melott

This Land Yoga

Yoga found Lindsey in 2007 when she took her first class at the gym where she works. The moment she stepped on the mat she was hooked. She instantly began to see the positive effects it had on her mind and body and from there began to practice various styles of yoga under the direction of several different teachers. Lindsey fell in love with the mental and physical strength she obtained on the mat and the clarity and peace she felt at the end of each class. Lindsey's passion for yoga began to call her heart to teaching and she obtained her 200 hour RYT certification in Norman, Oklahoma with Andrew Eppler in May 2013. Lindsey lives by the quote "Be in love with your life, every single minute of it." Lindsey enjoys reading, running, cycling, hanging out with her puppies and traveling with... Read the profile >>
