Lindsay Parks

Lindsay loved the balanced approach, the physical challenge, and the community sense of barre3 from day one. Teaching is an extension of her passion for the form and lifestyle. Lindsay is the lead instructor of barre3-OKC, barre3-Edmond, barre-3 Midtown and is the managing partner along with Andrea Mason in Oklahoma's 3rd location, barre3-Midtown. She loves developing and mentoring instructors, leading workshops, but most of all teaching clients. She was lead to yoga in 2000 to rebuild her body following a serious dance injury and has been practicing consistently ever since. She loves the physical challenge and the mental clarity yoga gives, as well as the lessons you learn while on your mat. To never give up, to accept yourself as you are, and to just breathe. Lindsay has practiced Bikram, Hatha and Ashtanga yoga but resonates most with Vinyasa Flow. She brings a passion for teaching, for anatomy, for alignment and especially for her students. She has taken numerous Vinyasa Flow workshops across the country and has completed her 200 hour RYT certification with internationally celebrated instructor Tiffany Cruikshank. She currently teaches yoga to addiction recovery groups and founded Rescue Yoga Oklahoma to help those in need. In her spare time, she loves being outside on her road bike, creating healthy meals and recipes, but most of all laughing, traveling and being with her husband and fellow yogi, Phillip.
