Kelli DiWispelare is the owner of Sweat, Cycle & Soul, Omaha, Nebraska’s first Spin + Yoga combo studio. She found Yoga in 2008 while searching for authenticity in exercise (something that looked beyond just the physical aspects). Opening Sweat, Cycle & Soul with the intention of helping others connect & take time for themselves allows her patrons to see how beautiful the world around them truly is! KYLE KASPERBAUER

Kyle Kasperbauer grew up on a farm in central Nebraska where he played football, baseball, ran track and wrestled in high school. Kasperbauer continued to pursue sports in college. He played football at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he graduated with a degree in exercise physiology in 2006. Kyle is now head trainer at Life Time Fitness in Omaha and a competitive CrossFitter. He was the only man and one of two Nebraskans to compete in the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games in July. Lifetime Fitness Omaha & One Tree Yoga

Liz began practicing yoga in 1999 as a cross-train for running and was instantly drawn to the strength it involved. Since then, she’s experienced the many benefits of yoga and have a deeper appreciation for the mind/body connection. Her passion lies in Vinyasa yoga, in combining the breath with the movement while continuing to challenge the body physically and mentally. Liz received her teacher training with Dancing Feet Yoga Center in New Buffalo, MI and is certified at the RYT 200 hour level. Liz actively continues to refine her teaching through being a yoga student at One Tree Yoga and always exploring the edges of her practice. Read the profile >>

Lotus House of Yoga-Midtown

Lora began practicing yoga with Gurmukh at Golden Bridge while living in Southern California and found At One Yoga when moving to Phoenix, Arizona. In 2007, Lora completed the At One Yoga Teacher Training Program. She has taught a wide range of classes including power, flow, gentle, restorative, and prenatal. Now in Omaha, Lora is currently the Director of Yoga Rocks the Park-Omaha, the Yoga Instructor for the Creighton Athletes and teacher at Life Power and Lotus House of Yoga.
