Kelli DiWispelare is the owner of Sweat, Cycle & Soul, Omaha, Nebraska’s first Spin + Yoga combo studio. She found Yoga in 2008 while searching for authenticity in exercise (something that looked beyond just the physical aspects). Hometown hero Kyle Kasperbauer is one of Crossfit’s most exciting veteran athletes to watch. As the a six-time Games competitor, Kyle’s impressive accomplishments include notable finishes placing 3rd in the world as an individual in 2012 and 3rd in the world on a team in 2010. With his degree in Exercise Physiology and Masters in Sports Medicine Athletic Training from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Kyle serves as the head coach and National Alpha Studio Director at Life Time Fitness - Omaha. Kyle’s most important role; however, is being a loving husband and proud father of two. One of his favorite past times is a good trip to the pumpkin patch with his family. Lifetime Fitness Omaha & One Tree Yoga

Liz began practicing yoga in 1999 as a cross-train for running and was instantly drawn to the strength it involved. Since then, she’s experienced the many benefits of yoga and have a deeper appreciation for the mind/body connection. Her passion lies in Vinyasa yoga, in combining the breath with the movement while continuing to challenge the body physically and mentally. Liz received her teacher training with Dancing Feet Yoga Center in New Buffalo, MI and is certified at the RYT 200 hour level. Liz actively continues to refine her teaching through being a yoga student at One Tree Yoga and always exploring the edges of her practice. Read the profile >>

Lora began practicing yoga with Gurmukh at Golden Bridge while living in Southern California and found At One Yoga when moving to Phoenix, Arizona. In 2007, Lora completed the At One Yoga Teacher Training Program. She has taught a wide range of classes including power, flow, gentle, restorative, and prenatal. Now in Omaha, Lora is currently the Director of Yoga Rocks the Park-Omaha, the Yoga Instructor for the Creighton Athletes and teacher at Life Power and Lotus House of Yoga. The G.O.A.T.z

My name is Scott Giddings aka Papa Goat and proud father of two beautiful young ladies, Jordyn (24) and Kolby (21). In 2012, I co-founded the group the Greater Omaha Area Trail Runners (G.O.A.T.z). Since that time, our membership, participation and enthusiasm for trail running has continued to grow in the Omaha area, a region not widely known for its trail running. I grew up running off and on. Thanks to my oldest daughter, who encouraged me to run with her when she was a budding teenager, I grew to appreciate just how much the sport can affect and even transform individuals while allowing them to feel a part of something larger than themselves. My running history is frazzled to say the least. I have run off and on throughout my life with mild age group successes in small local races.... Read the profile >>
