Steve Rubin from Urban Ashtanga will be teaching an Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga class. All levels are welcome.
You'll open with a 15 minute discussion about the background and history of Ashtanga, how to practice, the science of vinyasa, the mysore method, and the benefits. After, your yoga experience will begin. Your body and mind will thank you!
What to bring:
~ Comfortable workout clothing
~ Yoga Mat (if you do not have one, one will be provided)
~ Towel
~Water
