Richard is currently a fitness director at the Sportheque of Hull; a sporting club with 6000 members and 150 employees. He is also the head
coach and owner of Multisportscoaching.com In his free time Richard is teaching a variety of fitness classes from pilates, Bosu, Resist-a-ball, core strength, Spinning and coaching a variety of triathletes,
swimmers, cyclists and runners.

Richard is involved in physical education since 1997, starting in 1996 as an age-group triathlete and Ironman for the past several years. He has done over 80 races from road races to triathlons. He has been performing many sports since the age of 4 years old. He thrives in teaching his knowledge and passion to the sport of triathlon. Richard is devoted to his athletes and provides them with a program adapted to their specific needs and training time available. Guest speaker for Radio Energie, Rock Detente radio, Rythme FM. Also for, TVA, TQS and CBC television. Chronicles with Le Droit, The Citizen, and La Revue.
