Fitness & Performance Coach
For the past 3 years Kris has been a full time fitness and performance coach. His passion is coaching and helping people achieve their goals. This year Kris is furthering his passion by completing his Crossfit Level 1 Certification Course in March and in April, will be completing his USAW Level-1 Sports Performance Coach Certification. Kris is knowledgeable and proficient in teaching fundamentals and techniques of mono-structural movements (running, rowing, jumprope, sprinting, speed and coordination drills), weightlifting, gymnastics, power lifting, proper mobility and stretching.
Kris also has competed in Crossfit competitions and placed 17th in the Crossfit Games South Florida Sectionals 2010 and later that year placed 3rd in the South Florida Ice Monster 2010.
