Becca has extensive experience and qualifications within the world of yoga, nutrition, writing, media, education, and environmentalism. Through her business Park City Holistic Health, she helps clients to create sustainable health plans based on yoga, nutrition, and stress management. Becca also teaches yoga, meditation, nutrition, and environmentalism classes at local studios in Park City as well as the University of Utah and Westminster College. She is currently the editor and regular contributor for the nutrition section of a new global foodie magazine called Basil. Edy McConnell started teaching yoga out of desperation. When her yoga teacher was desperate for a sub, Edy filled in and a budding yoga teacher was born. That was 2004, and since then she has devoted herself to yoga both as a student and teacher. Her training is mostly in the Anusara style, including intensive study with Scotta Brady, John Friend, Martin Kirk, and Desiree Rumbaugh. Jessa Munion

Jessa Munion has a big smile, and loves living a life that brings it to her face often. A global nomad, Jessa spent her childhood in Western Africa and Japan, and explored China, Canada, Thailand, Spain, and a few other stops before heading to the US for college. Growing up abroad, Jessa developed a taste for adventure and an attraction to the centering practice of yoga, and has spent the last ten years living in the mountains, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, trail running and teaching and practicing yoga. Jessie Clissold

Jessie is an NSCA-certified trainer with a gift for motivating people to become better, stronger versions of themselves. After studying sports science at the University of Utah and graduating from the National Personal Training Institute, Jessie was pulled back to Park City by her passion for outdoor activities. With experience in developing personalized programs for clientele ranging from the deconditioned to athletes, Jessie especially enjoys training in skiing and whole body strength/balance. She also has extensive experience with post-operative clients who are in injury rehabilitation. Julia Geisler

Julia Geisler grew up in the Appalachian Mountains in a small rural town named Deep Creek Lake, MD. Her parents shared their love of the outdoors by teaching Julia how to ski, camp, water ski, mountain bike and more. After studying Environmental Science at Dickinson College, Julia hiked the 2,000 mile Appalachian Trail and traveled the world. She came to Utah for a winter, fell in love with the skiing, rock climbing, and the desert, and is still here six year later. Read the profile >>

Whitney Kozlowski

Whitney loves Park City, all things outdoors, is an avid triathlete and mom to two young kids. To combine all of these loves after she had her second baby, Whitney started Mom's Power Hour - a 60 minute mix of cardio, drills, strength training and core work where moms can bring their kids to hang out and "witness fitness" at a young fun age. A popular concept that was missing in Park City at the time; Whitney was eager to bring that level of activity, motivation and "momraderie" to town. Whitney is a big believer in others and keeps a fun and enthusiastic attitude while challenging her classes.
