Gardie, age 42, is a strength and conditioning specialist. His passion is making people get seriously fit. He works at Intermountain Health Care, the Park City Medical Clinic in the Physical Therapy Department specializing in post rehab, and at Dakota Mountain Lodge's Golden Door Spa where he is a Kinesis and group fitness Instructor.
Gardie owns a 2 1/2 year-old Weimaraner named Kenya who he loves taking on trail runs and mountain bike rides. His personal pursuits include working towards being a category 1 elite level Road Racer for Cole Sport, being an expert level mountain bike racer, and being a cross country skier for Team Salomon.
