Megan discovered her passion for fitness at a young age. Growing up in the Park City area, she was introduced to a wide array of outdoor activities which ignited her passion for exercise and fitness. She chose to dedicate this passion to her studies and graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Immediately after graduation, she pursued a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine- she thought what better way to make a living than to teach people how to live healtheir lives!
Her career as a Personal Trainer has brought along many great things: From teaching boot camp classes for Park City Boot Camp, to moving to Chicago to train some attorneys she met on a ski vacation. All of this, has taught her that there are many ways to exercise. Each person is unique and therefore, requires a unique method of becoming their best.
As a busy, single mom of a 2 year old daughter, Megan has had to learn, and now teaches her clients how to incorporate fitness into their busy lives. She is a big believer in, "everything counts". "Even short, ten minute workout segments are better than nothing," she says. Just get out and move!
