Goals (Yoga):
To forever see yoga as that place called home. Growing, expanding and nourishing the idea of being a student and teacher alike.

To expand on my knowledge of the anatomy of the human body and how yoga is a whole body system.

To participate in and run programs that will reach the wider community as well as dreams beyond my vision coming true.

Goals (Nutrition):
To finish my Nutrition degree with an integrative approach to health and wellbeing.

To understand that we need to nourish our bodies holistically if we are to have complete physiological and cognitive health.

To Continue studying with a Masters in Dietetics / Global Health and working with undernourished children.

Sweat Schedule:
I try to bring yoga into my life everyday wither it be the asana (postures), meditation or reading and engaging with the philosophy behind the practice.

I teach Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm group classes at the Wembley Golf Course.

I take particular interest in teaching yoga as a therapy for individuals with particular alignments.

During the cricket season I work with the W.A. Cricket Team.
