I have been teaching Yoga since 2004, and practising for almost 20 years. I first started practicing Yoga regularly and for many years as a teenager at The Yoga Studio in Coffs Harbour, Australia. My training took place in beautiful Ubud, Bali. I then went on to teach Yoga for several years on The Gold Coast before relocating to London, England from 2007-2012 where I taught Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Hatha and Pilates to all levels and age groups. During this time I could be found teaching and running workshops at world renowned Yoga studios: Triyoga in Primrose Hill, Soho and Chelsea, Evolve Wellness Centre in South Kensington, Jiva Health in Wimbledon, Virgin Active Health Clubs and many more studios, clubs and even schools all over London.
I am currently teaching Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Core Power at Twisting Peacock (Osbourne Park), The Yogabode (Morley), Yoga Alchemy (Northbridge), and serveral Fitness Clubs, schools and Corporate companies in the Northern suburbs of Perth.
My classes are structured to meet the needs of all students from beginners through to advanced. I incorporate music, dynamic or restorative sequencing, core stability, correct alignment and use of breath.
