I have always had a passion for the health and fitness industry and a love for teaching and inspiring others to stay active and healthy!

I became a Penn State Fitness Instructor in 2007 which gave me the opportunity to learn more about the industry and express my knowledge in a variety of classes. I currently teach at both La Fitness and Sweat Fitness in the Philadelphia area. My classes have one requirement, to have fun! The more energy my participants give me the more I give back!

Some of my favorite things to teach are cycling, yoga, pilates, circuit training, crossfit, hi lo aerobics, strength training and interval training. Running, biking and swimming are also a big part of my life so if you ever need some inspiration or a partner to work-out with feel free to contact me! I have competed in numerous races including marathons and triathlons and would love to share my experieces :)
