Educated as an architect from Syracuse University, Mattis practiced for several years designing projects ranging from corporate high rise headquarters to private residences from Bel Aire CA to NYC. Upon leaving the formal practice of architecture, he continued to study with some of the worlds leading fitness, asana, meditation & bodywork practitioners. Now- he brings you the practice of ZAKTi- a mindful, balanced approach to sustainable health, fitness & well being.
