I started practicing yoga in 1999.
My love for all styles of yoga has grown and I am always eager to learn more. I am excited by the limitless places one can go on their mat. Yoga has brought me a sense of stability and ease, more clarity and insight, strength and compassion, more flexibility and control. It gives me a sense of fearlessness that I take off my mat every day. I am challenged by my practice and strive to honor my physical and my spiritual body each and every time I lay my mat down.
I am honored to teach yoga and feel extremely blessed to be a part of our yoga community.
As a teacher one can have many hours of instruction on the teaching and learning of yoga, but the best experience comes from spending time on your mat, breathing deeply, moving your body and listening to your heart.
