Roz has been teaching yoga since 2009 when she attended the yoga teacher training program at At One Yoga.
In 2013 Roz was honored to join teaching in Sutra Midtown's yoga teacher training program, educating and inspiring a new generation of instructors.
Yoga classes lead by Roz are fun and challenging, set to great tunes, with emphasis on breath and proper alignment. Practitioners leave feeling inspired, uplifted, and refreshed. Roz loves not only the physical benefits of this healing practice of yoga, and helping people feel more comfortable in their own skin; Roz also understands the mental release is truly the best form of anxiety relief. She believes the connection between body, breath and Spirit creates ease which leads to joy. Roz strives to help her students discover this joy in each session and furthermore, in their own lives.
