Jamie has been moving and stretching since the age of three when she was
enrolled in her first ballet class. A former high school cheerleader, gymnastic
and competitive dancer, Jamie found a new athletic pursuit in Bikram Yoga
while residing in the Washington, DC metro area. For two years she practiced
and studied under Senior Bikram Instructor, Jim Ambrogi of the Bikram College
of Yoga Alexandria, VA. Jamie received her RYT 200 yoga certification in
December 2010. In addition to her corporate job she began teaching at Bikram
Yoga Alexandria.

Jamie’s goal was to be out of the corporate world by age 30 and operating
her own business. She accomplished her goal a few months before her 31st
birthday. Jamie is the President and co-owner of Prima Yoga Inc. located
in Cranberry Township, PA. She and sister Jessica Bajoras established the
company in September 2011 after both had completed decade-long careers in
the pharmaceutical industry.

Prima Yoga offers students the opportunity to practice in a structured yet
comfortable environment where all skill levels are welcome. Jamie prides herself
on demonstrating the postures to students and focuses on teaching the proper
alignment. The studio is currently the venue of choice for more than 300 regular
practitioners north of Pittsburgh.

Jamie is a Pittsburgh native. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State
University Smeal College of Business with a degree in Economics. Aside from
yoga she enjoys hiking, traveling, kayaking, and wine tasting. She currently lives
in Adams Township with her husband Ed and dog Semper.

Most days you can find Jamie sweating at Prima Yoga either teaching or taking
class. She looks forward to seeing you in the HOT room!
