Sitting in a cubicle for 9 hours a day as a computer programmer was not fulfilling to Darrell Duvauchelle so he decided he needed a change. Against his common sense he left a lucrative high tech job and pursued a career in the fitness field as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. He says it was the best decision he ever made. He eventually toured the region as a master instructor and also was selected as a presenter for the IDEA World Conference. Currently he is the Fitness Manager at the Multnomah Athletic Club in Portland, Oregon. Sadie Lincoln
Sadie is the founder and owner of barre3, an exercise studio blending the grace of ballet barre work with principles from yoga and Pilates. Sadie created barre3 based on her 15 years teaching a variety of group fitness formats, most recently The Dailey Method. The Dailey Method is a chain of Bay Area studios inspired by the Lotte Berke Method, gaining popularity in LA, The Bay Area and NYC. In recent years Sadie's personal yoga practice has deepened and inspired her to work for YogaWorks, a family of yoga studios based in LA.
