Lisa Flynn is a certified yoga teacher. After earning a business degree from Clemson University, where she was also a Varsity Cheerleader, she went on to earn her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Chapman University in Orange, CA.
Lisa’s love of teaching led her to be a College Professor at Cal State Fullerton, while also teaching group fitness classes at local gyms and corporations. She took her first yoga class in 1994 and has been hooked ever since, developing her own yoga class format with challenging vinyasa flows and fun music that produce results. Besides the physical benefits of yoga, Lisa is passionate about the mental and emotional strength yoga brings and seeks to share that by empowering each student. The practice tones muscles, strengthens the core, increases flexibility, wards off injury, enhances strength, and gives tools to manage the daily stresses of life.
Lisa is a wife and active mom of 3 boys, Matthew (14), JD (11) and Luke (4). She loves to share her passion for power vinyasa yoga and states, "The beauty about power vinyasa yoga is that it inspires you to leave each person you interact with better off than when you found them. I am so blessed to do what I love with the best students ever.
