His focus is taking clients beyond their “symptoms” to a better quality of life forging transformation with credentials in brain chemistry optimization, outdoor/functional fitness core training, personal training, & nutrition consulting. He has coached athletes of all walks of life, from ultra marathoners, cyclists to the elite stand up paddle community. 3 years ago he discovered SUP. Attracted to the mind, body and spirit benefits of the sport, he quickly jumped into the race scene just two short weeks after his first paddle experience to join the competitive fun. Since then he has been turning fitness clients on to the workout as the best way to strengthen your core stability muscles and heal soft tissue/joint damage. Scott is a certified personal trainer and outdoor fitness instructor as well and a nutrition coach.
