We love Pik Chu Wong as a yoga teacher and we love her even more as a
community leader. You only have to spend a few minutes with her to
recognize her deep love for her students, community, friends and family.
Her creativity and innovative ideas shine brightly but modestly through The
Yoga Studio in Campbell and the studio's web site. Pik Chu created Om
Alliance as a way to unite local yoga studios to better serve the needs of
students.
Pik Chu has been an unofficial Lululemon ambassador for years. She proudly
sports Lululemon gear simply because Lululemon products are comfortable,
long lasting and have thoughtful details that put a big smile on her face.
I couldn't say it better than Pik Chu when she told us "Lululemon gear is
like my second skin, it performs and fits so well that I can be absent from
my gear and present with my yoga poses."
Pik Chu has over 10 years of experience teaching yoga. She is a Yoga
Alliance certified instructor through Yoga Educational Seminars (YES) by the
founder, Joyce Anue and has been certified as an Unnata Aerial Yoga
instructor by the founder, Michelle Dortignac. With 20 years of experience
in the high-tech industry, she truly understands the affects job stress and
long hours of sitting in front of the computer have on the body. Pik Chu has
a therapeutic approach to teaching along with an emphasis on body alignment
and strength. Her classes help bring about the union of the body, mind and
spirit.
Pik Chu loves teaching Aerial Yoga and began offering Aerial Yoga teacher
certification in the fall of 2011. There is nothing that makes her happier
than teaching a heartfelt Vinyasa Flow.
