Life doesn't sit still for Andrea (Drea) McLarty and that is the way she likes it! As a fitness instructor, nurse, mother of two, and running fanatic, if it is not on the go, she'll get it going. Her passion for health and fitness does not stop at the end of her long run either. Drea enjoys motivating others to first set goals and then attack them. She is all about "Making it happen." A former cyclist and triathlete, Drea currently is running down her own dreams of trying to qualify for the US Olympic marathon trials. Jodi’s path to fitness started at a young age. As a child, her mother taught various aerobics classes at local gyms. Jodi grew up in the gym environment and developed a passion and appreciation for health and fitness. As many people do, Jodi strayed from her initial passion and pursued a B.A. in Deaf Studies: Interpreting and an M.A in Deaf Education. While Jodi was in graduate school, she discovered The Bar Method and immediately fell in love. The intensity of the workout and the application of safe movements intrigued her and re-awakened her passion for fitness. Ryan Besler was raised in Alberta, Canada and lived the life of an active small town boy with a big imagination, full of curiosity and sense of adventure. When he wasn’t playing sports he was riding his motorbike or the family snowmobile. Ryan began practicing at Hot House Yoga in Virginia Beach and found At One Yoga once moving to Phoenix in 2006. Stephanie fell in love with the practice of yoga as a means to calm the mind and heal the body. With a background in dance, she was immediately drawn to yoga. When Stephanie took her first yoga class in 1999 in Santa Barbara, she knew she had tapped into something that would be a part of her life forever. Upon moving to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2006, Stephanie pursued her career as a yoga instructor with At One Yoga. She studied with inspirational instructors such as Alex Austin, Jenn Chiarelli, Vanessa Lee, Ian Lopatin and John Salisbury.
