David is a local Savannahian who can often be found swimming, biking and running throughout the city he loves. He is a proud graduate of the St. Andrews School, and Georgia State University. David moved back to Savannah, from Atlanta, in 2009 to be closer to family and to begin his career in health care. Currently, he is an administrator with THA Group, a home health care agency. Also in 2009, following the loss of a family friend, Jane Philbrick, to Leukemia, David founded "Team Jane" and began his mission to honor her memory by raising funds and awareness for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. David has competes in triathlons and marathons in her memory. Few things make David as happy as a race day! He also loves to hear about, and encourage, others who push themselves toward progress and their fitness goals. Maintenance of his spiritual condition through daily meditation is a crucial element that promotes balance in all areas of his life. You'll be hard pressed to find someone as grateful as David for all of the blessings in his life. This gratitude is the foundation that guides his actions throughout every aspect of his life.
