Jaime comes to Yoga from a long and diverse athletic back ground. When she committed to a daily Yoga practice, the physical and mental shifts created a sense of peace and balance in her mind and body. After exhausting the workshop circuit, she ended up in teacher training at the Ashtanga Yoga School of Seattle where she studied Ashtanga and the Eight Limbs of Yoga with David and Satya Garrigues (2 of approximately 40 teachers world-wide certified to teach Ashtanga Yoga by Ashtanga’s founder/creator Sri. K Pathabi Jois). Since then she has studied Vinyasa Flow with Shiva Rea and Power Yoga with Bryan Kest. She has also studied Baptiste Power Vinyasa extensively at Shakti Vinyasa. Jun Watanabe: Ironman Triathlete, Ultra Endurance Runner and Cyclist, & lululemon enthusiast! Although Jun leads the lululemon MOMENTUM Run group in Seattle, running was not initially a part of his athletic background. As a NCAA Division I collegiate swimmer and water polo player, Jun associated his running experiences with dreadful pre-season conditioning practices. Even when he excelled as a triathlete after college, the run discipline was a painful experience, where the only goal was to hold onto the lead for as long as possible before crossing the finish line. It wasn’t until Jun experienced his first runner’s high while training for a marathon that he started to enjoy the run experience and started to hold his own. Since that pivotal day, Jun has taken on a completely... Read the profile >>

Sean O’Connor came to yoga in a most unremarkable way: In 2004 a studio opened in his neighborhood and he walked in. There was no eureka! moment, no kundalini rising, no epiphany – just a gradual realization that the consistent practice of yoga was having a significant impact on his life away from the mat. He was physically stronger, emotionally more balanced and happier – so he kept practicing. He came to Baptiste Power Vinyasa in early 2006, and was inspired to pursue teaching by his teachers and the power of the practice itself. He has studied with and been influenced by numerous teachers in the Seattle community and beyond, including Baron Baptiste, Eiric Ovrid, Lisa Black, Brian Kest and others. Sean has completed Level I and Level II teacher trainings with Baron Baptiste,... Read the profile >>
www.silviamordini.com www.alchemytours.com My area of expertise is as a connector. I am an enthusiastic friend gatherer who loves to discuss breathing, yoga psychology, poetry, music, movement, books, travel and philosophy. And I am a long-time love anthropologist and student of life. I am open to all suggestions and enjoy meeting interesting people, spiritual seekers, soul surfers and most anyone who talks to me. I am especially interested in people who make me laugh and those who laugh at my silly sense of humor. My parents, Mama and Papa, inspired my love of movement and travel, saying that I learned to ski before I learned to walk. I stayed active with tennis, swim team, cycling, hiking, running, pom poms, and dance squad. But even with all that activity, travel has been my... Read the profile >>
