Meredith Miller founded Level 10 because she truly wants to make a difference in people’s lives. “I have had a passion for fitness my entire life—it’s a gift that I wake up every day and am excited about exercise and health. I want to share that with people,” she says. “My favorite thing to do is show people what they did not know they could do. I love when clients walk in for the first time and are scared or excited, and by the end of the training session, they can’t believe what they just did.”
