Heather's career arc has been a natural progression from a childhood love of gymnastics. Her gymnastics career piqued a curiosity and love of human anatomy. Heather channeled this interest into a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri. During countless continuing Ed courses, fitness courses and re-certifications, Heather found a new outlet for her passion and accumulated studies. She has taught strength training classes, Mat Pilates, and Reformer Pilates in a private, semi-private and group training setting but it was the group training that Heather found most rewarding. Years of experience and education brought Heather full circle to The Dailey Method. In teaching Jill Dailey's philosophy, Heather found a group training atmosphere centered on orthopedic and anatomical principles. In short, she's found a job that applies her education and appreciates her training and with hope that every time a class leaves her care they feel exhilarated and energized.
Heather lives in St. Louis and is blessed with a loving family. Besides her family, there is nothing Heather finds more empowering, uplifting and inspiring than sharing a workout with friends.
