Brigitte holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Minnesota and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Meant to move, she can be found riding around on her pink bicycle, dancing around the Twin Cities, and managing Fusion Yoga. She came to yoga to find a blissful state of being, moving her body in meditation, breathing and dancing through her asana practice. Brigitte is honored to share her passion and believes in the power of yoga to understand and access the mind and body. “All things are possible for those who BELIEVE”! This is the phrase which drives kathy in all she does on and off her mat. She has proven it to be true time and time again in her experience as an NPC Bodybuilding competitor, traveling the US with a public school motivational speaking team, even making some national and international TV appearances. Kathy was first introduced to yoga while serving in the United States Air Force over on Okinawa Japan in 1998. The beautiful blend of breath, movement, mental and physical challenge was exactly what she needed. Ken took his first yoga class on January 10, 2006 and has been hooked ever since. Ken completed his training with CorePower in 2009 and became a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Ken is an avid low handicap golfer who competed and placed in the top 20 in a Minnesota State Amateur golf event and realized how important yoga is to maintaining a person’s flexibility and balance. Many postures are dedicated to keeping your spine healthy and flexible. So often he has heard, "If I only started yoga earlier." There is no time like the present to begin your practice! Lisa has been involved in the fitness industry for over 14 years teaching group fitness classes, including kickboxing, cardio boot camp, core and strength, stand up paddle boarding…and recently adding Yoga Sculpt and BarreAmped! She believes in trying it ALL when it comes to fitness! ”Keeping your body guessing by challenging your muscles and mind and incorporating all avenues of fitness… that is when you will see results!” Lisa also sings and dances in professional musical theater productions, and is passionate about Stand Up Paddle Boarding ( SUP ).
